Feature
The zigzag design of the product head, coupled with two high-compression material sealing rings, ensures superior sealing and a more reliable connection.
AISI 304 steel sleeve is designed according to the principle of mechanical extrusion. The diameter of the pipe is printed on the sleeve.
EPDM and HNBR sealing rings, EPDM for water, and HNBR for gas, all are in line with the HGF3091-2000 standard.
The protective ring of the steel sleeve is made of PE, which is used to fix the steel sleeve, ensuring that the pipe can be easily connected when inserted into the steel sleeve.

Brass fittings for multilayer pipes are commonly used in cold and hot water and gas fields. The main material of multilayer pipe fittings is brass, which resists to corrosion. It will not rust as compare to iron or mild steel material. It can meet drinking water standards.
The aluminum pipe used multilayer fittings which the basic composition is a special shaped pipe connector with O-ring in the U-type groove at the end.
The traditional hexagon nut compression fittings are connected by thread, which is easy to get loose after a long time. It needs to be strengthened regularly, otherwise, it's easy to leak, and our new multilayer compression fittings are assembled with an economical and practical tool. Once assembled, the stability of the installation can be maintained without repeated reinforcement.
