What does a typical day in your role look like?

Since the day he was on board of 505 Metal,every piece of work was done perfectly.

He has rich experience in brass fitting manufacturing. Here is what he said :

1. To ensure high quality brass material, we use high end spectrograph to verify the composition and deliver detailed testing report on each batch of brass. Various tests are conducted before proceeding to guarantee the accuracy of brass rod dimensions is within our standards.
2. The metal slugs are heated with strict control to make them malleable.
3. Reliable CNC machines to create parts with tight tolerances. Our CNC machining processes makes little to no mistake in transforming brass parts into durable tubes.
4. Cleaner brass parts was made as the mechanical polishing process accurately produces a nice that does not easily stain.
5. Experienced team handles the whole assembly process by hand, carefully inspecting each part built for quality control…..

On September 30, in view of poor appearance of copper pipe fittings, he decisively prevented production from going into operation and required separate differentiation, identification and isolation.The decision reduces the risk and improves the efficiency of product handling.

He also take the initiative to help new employees meet difficulties in production. Strong ability and quality awareness, is the lubricant in the team, driving the team members with enthusiasm.
